TB/PPD and Hepatitis B info:
Visit your personal doctor or local health department for a TB skin
test (mandatory) and Hepatitis B vaccination series (voluntary).
If you have ever had a positive TB/PPD test, a TB questionnaire
must be filled out annually.
If you experience any signs or symptoms of TB, a chest x-ray must
be performed to determine a diagnosis. If positive, you must
inform us of what treatment plan you will be using. Please call us
